Prints do not have to be multiple copies of the same file to qualify for the bulk discount , there can be as many different files as there is prints, as long as they are the same size and paper surface. Please note that if files are not set up as noted above a surcharge may be incurred. A manual colour, density, contrast and saturation adjustment service is available for 25% extra. Vision Imagelab strongly advises the use of this service as redos will not be available without it.

For film purchases online the stock will be dispatched within 1 working day.
For processing it can be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
All other services will be dispatched between 2-4 working days. Please note that these times are production lead times and postage times will be additional to that.
